Therapy Services
Philosophy
At the centre of my therapeutic approach is the valuing of each individual that I work with. The reasons that bring people to therapy are as varied as their personal life stories. I aim to be responsive and sensitive to each client's needs and intentions.
With the above, I provide individual services that dynamically address clients needs across various age spans:
- Children (7-11)
- Youth (12-18)
- Adult (18+)
Experience
Some of the issues I have experience and training in supporting people include:
- Anxiety + stress management
- Depression + mood disorders
- 2SLGBTQIA+ identity and gender exploration/affirmation
- Trauma + PTSD
- Life transitions + change
- Personal growth
- Family + relationship challenges
- Emotion regulation
- Grief + loss
- Intimate partner violence, including 2SLGBTQIA+ relationships
